SBIS is staffed by experienced and highly qualified systems administrators and network
security analysts.
SBIS network security analysts have more than 15 years combined experience in network
architecture analysis, network fingerprinting, threat and vulnerability assessment
creation, penetration testing, and ethical hacking. The SBIS accomplished staff
has supported some of the largest infrastructures in the world including American
Express, IBM Global Services, and the United States Army.
SBIS security analysts comply with and adhere to the nationally recognized standards
of information security as defined by the National Institute of Standards in technology
(NIST), The Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University (SEI @
CMU - CERT), the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), International
Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc. (ISC2), and the SANS
Institute.
SBIS security analysts possess, or are required to pursue, advanced education degrees
and certifications from nationally accredited schools and universities, ISC(2),
the SANS GIAC, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Red Hat, and Cisco.
SBIS security analysts are of the highest integrity and moral character. Much of
the staff is either in current possession, or has been previously granted Military
Top Secret Security Clearances. SBIS provides expert professional services including
consultation on network architecture, risk assessment, vulnerability and threat
assessment, ethical hacking, social engineering, and on site security awareness
training.
